Terms of Purchase
By purchasing this zine you are acknowledging that:
✦ You are purchasing the zine for personal and not commercial use.
✦ The PDFs and digital merchandises are for personal use only and not for distribution.
✦ All products available for purchase are PREORDER items. All product images are MOCKUPS unless otherwise specified. The final version you receive may be slightly different than pictured.
Shipping Policies
✦ Where will the zine be shipped from?
The zine will be shipped from Malaysia using Pos Malaysia.
✦ Will you ship internationally?
Yes! We will ship internationally. However, some countries are excluded from shipping due to Malaysia policy. The shipping fee differs based on the zoning. Kindly find the list of countries below. If your country is not listed in any of the other categories, your country automatically falls under Zone 2 which is eligible for shipping!
Zone 1: Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
Zone 2: Others
Unavailable locations: Gaza, Israel, North Korea
Anyone living in the list of unavailable locations is welcome to purchase the Digital bundle, but unfortunately we are unable to ship any physical items to these locations.
✦ Will there be any tracking numbers?
By default, we do not include any tracking numbers into the parcel shipping fees. If you would like to include tracking number, it would cost additional $2. The option for tracking number has been included as a variant in listed bundles.
✦ When will the zine be shipped?
After Preorders close, zine and merchs production can take several months. Tentatively the first shipment batch is planned in January 2025, but expect delays due to supply chain issues and holiday season. Please make sure to follow and check our socials for any updates.
✦ Concerns on EU/UK VAT or any other Taxation/Custom Fees
We do not include VAT in our prices. All orders will be sent as duties unpaid. This means that EU/UK buyers may have to pay additional import taxes/customs or other fees due at the time of receipt. Please check with your local postal service for further information.
Other countries may also be subjected to taxation and/or customs fees depending on your country of residence. Kindly refer to your respective postal services. The buyer will be responsible for customs fees.
Cancellation, Replacement & Refunds
✦ If you need to cancel your order, we won't be able to provide a full refund because of associated fees and charges by BigCartel and Paypal. We will refund your order upon request, but please note we cannot refund additional fees charged by Paypal and BigCartel. We will only be refunding you the cost of the bundles. Please double check your items before making your purchase.
✦ If you need to make any changes to your order during the Preorder period, please email us at [email protected]. However we are unable to address any changes to the order once the Preorder period closes.
✦ MEMORIES will only replace or refund orders that are:
- Lost due to our negligence in labeling the package (e.g. address on label does not match address on order).
- Missing/incorrect/damaged merchandise due to our negligence in packaging (e.g. package contents do not match order number, bubble wrap or cardboard back missing, zine damaged inside polybag). You are required to have a filmed evidence of such instances while opening the package.
✦ MEMORIES will NOT be responsible for replacing or refunding orders that are:
- Lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
- Shipped to an old address without notice from the buyer after we have sent out address confirmation email.
- Damaged during shipment or through shipping company negligence and mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents).

A zine or a fanzine is a term used for a fanmade and non-official publication containing fanarts and fanfics of a well known franchise. The zine brings together a group of artists and writers to produce content centering around a selected theme.
✦ What is the theme of this zine?
The theme of this zine is Mondstadt’s strongest and most beloved trio: Kaeya, Diluc & Jean from Genshin Impact. The zine will focus on all three of them in familial and platonic capacity. The side zine is in the form of Crepus Ragnvindr's Journal which is centered mainly around the trio.

No. This zine focuses on the platonic/familial aspect without any hint of romance.
✦ Are there any AUs?
No. This zine adheres to the know game lore to the best of capacity and supplemented with compatible headcanons.
✦ What is the timeline of this zine?
The zine focuses on the timeline when the trio were kids, teenagers and adults as they are in present game time.
✦ What is the rating for this zine?
The rating of the zine is SFW, PG-13. The rating is given for consideration of angst pieces with mild blood content.

The main zine feature artworks and fanfics from the contributors.
The side zine feature Crepus’ sketches and journal notes.

The zine will be for half-profit/half-charity. The goal is to make enough to cover for physical zine bundles for the contributors. All zine profits thereafter will be going to charity.
